Curro is a technology-led school and therefore requires that all learners use e-learning devices as part of their curriculum from Grade 4 upwards.

Some Curro schools provide the devices to the learners and other Curro schools expect learners to bring their own devices.

Our company exists to simplify that process by offering affordable, reliable and suitable for devices so parents don't have to worry about whether or not they're getting the right device.

Simply go onto the online store and choose your child's school then all the relevant devices will be displayed.

It is advisable to confirm with the school if they will be providing you with devices or if they expect you to bring your own.

All our devices come pre-installed with Windows 11 pro and Microsoft office suite.

We only provide the device, we do not have the license to publish or sell the e-books.

Yes.
All our new products come with a standard 12-24 month warranty depending on the specific product.
All our refurbished products come with a standard 6 month warranty.

Our warranty packages guarantee the repair or replacement of the device upon any issue covered by the warranty.

The warranty covers:
- Hardware defects
- Firmware defects
- Poor workmanship

The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Modifications

All our refurbished are graded as Grade A according to Dell standards, meaning internal parts have been replaced and in some cases they only have minor cosmetic signs of previous usage.

A reminder that all our refurbished devices come with a 6 month warranty.

We provide support around any issue you experience with the hardware, for example:
The screen, battery, speakers, microphone, keyboard, web camera, charger, etc.

The school provides support on any issue you experience with the software, for example:
Windows operating system, Microsoft office, subject specific programmes, connectivity, security, etc.

We are a retail distributor of e-learning devices and do not offer out-of-warranty repairs.

At the moment we only sell devices to be owned 100% outright by the client.

You can buy through Happy Pay, a buy now pay later service, paying over three months in three interest-free installments if paid on time and in full.
